Refund policy

Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless faulty.We do not offer any refunds on Bangles or bracelets, unless the items) is faulty. Should you be unhappy with a purchase, Saint will gladly provide you with a store voucher to the value of the product OR you may exchange it for another product of the same value. The customer is liable for the R99 courier fee both ways. To be eligible for an exchange, the product needs to be in its original condition and packaging.
The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return:
• Unapproved alterations to our products
• Normal wear and tear; damage from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product
• Improper care for your jewellery

All Jewellery items are individually checked before being shipped out, if you do however receive a defect or incorrect item, your items) must be returned within 7 days of your order being delivered. We will arrange for a collection of the item and for the delivery of a replacement or the correct item to be sent at no extra cost to you.

We have ring sizing on our website for you to use so rings cannot be returned or refunded due to incorrect sizing. We suggest measuring your finger or current rings diameter you wear in mm, otherwise the most accurate is getting your finger measured at a jeweller. We are however happy to arrange a ring size exchange. The customer will be liable for the R99 courier fee, both ways.

A "Defective Product" is one which contains a material imperfection in the manufacture or design that renders the product less acceptable, useful or safe than reasonably expected, under the circumstances. If this is the case, we will gladly arrange collection via courier and send you a replacement at no cost to you.
All returns/Defects must be logged within 14 days of your order being delivered. The items) must be in a re-sellable condition and its original packaging, with labels attached.
